Open a new MS Word document
Go to the Tools tab and select Labels -> Options
In the Label Options pop-up window, select Microsoft in the Label Products field and the second A4 (Portrait) option in the Product Number field
Click the New Label button and enter the following metrics in the new pop-up window: Label Name, Top Margin (0.35"), Label Height (1"), Side Margin (0.31"), Label Width (1.91"), Vertical Pitch (1"), Number Across (4), Horizontal Pitch (1.91"), Number Down (11), Page Size (A4)
